The tester is the subset of SWT-III series and designed as the actual demand of the Electric Power Operation Department. It is as small as the book and 1kg in weight. It is run by the battery of laptop through USB port at anywhere without external power supply. Considering the power consuming, the tester has been deleted the functions of the inner controlling and coils current curve measurement. Except these functions, it has the exact same functions as others.
